3. Get outside

The arrival of Easter means spring has sprung and now is the time to get outside. Even if you're not doing a formal workout, there are tons of opportunities to get moving in the great outdoors, which will help you burn calories and get fit. Try a walk in the park with your dog, play Frisbee with the kids or walk to complete nearby errands. You'll get moving and enjoy the fragrant fresh flowers that are popping up all over the place.
