1. Burpee
Combine a squat, pushup and kick out in one and you have yourself a burpee. A burpee is a compound exercise that will work multiple muscle groups, boost your metabolism and can even help increase your endurance. One of the most effective exercises and a staple in my regular routine is the squat. This exercise can literally transform your lower half, boost your metabolism and just help you to feel better. Just make sure you focus on form to make the most out of each exercise. And drop it like a super squat for your best results.

3. Lunge
Perform walking lunges across the room to work your quads, hamstrings and even your core. Lower your body nice and slow to achieve your best results and feel accomplished upon completion because you will feel subsequent muscle soreness.
4. Pushup
Get in pushup position and lower your body to the floor. To work different muscle groups of your arms move your arms closer to work your triceps and further away to target the chest. One of the best things about performing pushups is that simply by moving the position of your arms you can work different parts of your arm. Why else would this be a timeless exercise? It just works!

Jack knifes are a super effective exercise to work your abs and help with the division of the rectus abdominus. Lay on your back and lift up to feel the burn in your abs. But remember you need to combine a healthy diet with these exercises to achieve the results you desire.

Jump squats are the ultimate exercise because it combines both a squat and jump in one. This will help you to add some cardio to this strength exercise and make the most out of every fitness moment. So drop it low and jump for your life, or at least jump for a better body!
8. Single Leg Deadlift
If you're looking for a way to tone your legs, core and butt at the same time, this is the move you need in your routine. Grab some dumbbells and stand on one foot. Slowly bend at the hips, lifting your other leg parallel to the floor. Use your legs and glutes to help you return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
9. Triceps Extension
Most girls focus on their biceps, but you shouldn't let ignore your triceps. Those are the muscles on the bottom of your arms. Do this move to prevent flaps there. Start in a lunge position with dumbbells in your hands, then lean forward lifting your arm out behind you on the same side as your bent knee. Repeat 30 times on each side.
10. Stepups
Stepups engage your ab muscles and help get your butt and legs into tip top shape. Stand in front of a bench or exercise step and step up and back down, alternating legs to get a proportional workout. Keep your weight balanced and your core engaged for the best results.
