It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned athlete or if your only exercise is getting up and walking to the fridge. No matter how active you are, you'll be able to exercise for a measly five minutes. This video will give you five exercises, which you're meant to do for one minute each. That doesn't sound too hard, does it? You're going to start with spiderman planks, then move on to hip thrusts, oblique crunches, side plank reach throughs, and finish it off with full sit ups. Even if you're not used to working out, these exercises shouldn't be too intense for you, so don't freak out. You can do it!
This is a cardio video, so get ready to sweat and pant. This will give you 5 intense moves that are perfect for burning off fat. You're going to do star jumps, in and out donkey kicks, burpees, mountain climbers, and split squat jumps.
