Does it matter if I do it 6 times a week for 30-40 minutes?

I walk 5-6 times a week with my dogs, it's good for them and me. I only wish they didn't have to sniff so much 😳🐾

"Breathe fresh air"? Not if you live in a polluted city like London! Plus, it would help if there were explanations and sources for the information listed as opposed to just barking the info out - however well intended...

When I've got the time up my sleeve, i like going for 1 hour long walks, but 30 mins does just as much :) getting fresh air and enjoying the nature keeps me happy :)

Walking is the best I love it fresh air free fights flab as it doesn't our stress on your body like running does
