    When I've got the time up my sleeve, i like going for 1 hour long walks, but 30 mins does just as much :) getting fresh air and enjoying the nature keeps me happy :)

    I walk 5-6 times a week with my dogs, it's good for them and me. I only wish they didn't have to sniff so much 😳🐾
