You just have to do the right moves, so that you don't end up hurting your body instead of helping it. Here are a few exercises for women who get out of breath easily:

1. 15 Minute Yoga Routine
Yoga counts as exercise, too, you know. If you get out of breath quickly, and don't want to do any cardio, then you should try this yoga routine instead. That way, you won't feel the urge to give up after five minutes of exercise. You'll be able to complete the full fifteen minutes without getting out of breath and losing your motivation.
2. Low Impact Cardio Workout
Cardio is important. You can't skip it completely, just because you get out of breath easily. Instead, you should try doing a low impact workout that's meant for beginners, like the one you'll see in this video. It's going to take thirty minutes, but you're only going to be doing seven different exercises. Remember, you can always take those exercises slow. Don't push yourself too hard.
3. Butt Beginner Workout
If you want to get a better butt, then you should follow the workout moves in this video. There's no talking in it, so make sure you pay attention to the bottom of the screen, because that's where all of the information about the different moves is going to appear. Of course, you should also watch the woman closely, so you can copy her moves perfectly.
4. Warm up Cardio Workout
This routine doesn't require any equipment, and it'll only take you five minutes to complete. You can handle that, can't you? The exercises are simple. You'll start out by doing lateral steps and pulls, and then will move on to slow rocking butt kickers, high knee pulls, arm swings and lateral steps, and will finish off with a few more moves. There will be ten in total, but they're all equally as easy.
Yoga has the power to connect your mind, body, and spirit, creating balance and harmony. To fully immerse yourself in the practice, you'll need a high-quality accessory; the best yoga mats suitable for your specific needs can enhance your yoga journey. Discover options for every yogi, from beginners to professionals.

6. Zumba Workout
Zumba is a great way to burn calories, because it requires you to move your entire body around. It's also fun, because you get to listen to exciting music while you do your workout! Even if you get out of breath easily, you should be able to handle a beginner's workout like this one. Once you're able to do that without getting too worn out, then you can move on to something a little more intense.
7. 30 Minute Workout
Once you get a little more comfortable doing cardio, then you should move on to a workout like the one you'll see in this video. It's still considered a beginner's workout, but it'll be a little harder, since you'll be performing the move for thirty whole minutes. That might seem impossible now, but eventually, you'll be able to handle it without breaking a sweat!
