It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned athlete or if your only exercise is getting up and walking to the fridge.

No matter how active you are, you'll be able to exercise for a measly five minutes.

Think about how short that is!

If you don't think it's possible for you to last that long, it's time to prove that you can!

Here are a few workout videos that are only five minutes long:

1. 5 Minute Abs

This video will give you five exercises, which you're meant to do for one minute each.

That doesn't sound too hard, does it?

You're going to start with spiderman planks, then move on to hip thrusts, oblique crunches, side plank reach throughs, and finish it off with full sit ups.

This workout is so short that you could complete it during a commercial break while watching your favorite TV show!

2. 5 Minute Total Body Workout

This workout is going to give you an effective workout, and all you'll need to complete it is a soft mat to rest your body on.

The woman in the middle of your screen is going to explain the workout moves, but you can look to the woman to your right for easier alternatives to the exercises.

Of course, if you're an expert, you can look to your left for some harder alternatives.

3. 5 Minute Butt and Thigh Workout

You don't need any equipment for this fast workout!

All you need is your motivation (and it can't hurt to do a mini stretch beforehand).

The whole workout consists of different types of squats that work your body.

You're going to start by doing ski squats, then do sumo squats, then pop squats, then a squat hold, then jump squats.

Then you're all done!

4. 5 Minute Toned Arms

You shouldn't focus so much on your lower half that you forget about your upper half.

This video is going to give you five moves that workout your arms and your back.

It consists of elbow circles, back behinds, triangle pushups, half cobra pushups, and up up down downs.
