Forget exercise, go and get a butt implant!!! LOL, no just kidding! The treadmill has worked wonders. Not having a God given nice, plump derrière, treadmill on an incline, watching your posture and sticking out your booty makes for a great butt. Being a woman with bad butt genes, (mom had a flat behind) the treadmill has worked wonders or my workouts on the treadmill have worked wonders...can't do some of the exercises here due to a bad lower back...Does anyone have suggestions besides these and a treadmill, knowledge is POWER!
