If you're unhappy with the size of your chest, you can always invest in pushup bras and learn to fix your posture. However, if those things aren't doing the trick for you, there are other options you can consider. If you want your breasts to look their best, there are some exercises you can do to create the illusion of having a fuller chest. If you're not sure where you should start, here are a few exercises that'll help make your boobs look bigger than they ever have before:
1 Dumbell Cross Punch
This exercise requires you to grab two dumbbells. Once you have them in your hands, all you need to do is stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and then punch toward the left with your right hand and punch toward the right with your left hand. It's super easy to master.
2 Pulse Alternating Chest Press
Here's another exercise that requires you to hold dumbbells in your hands. However, this time you'll start out by resting on your back. Then you should lift your booty off of the floor, creating an angle with your body. Then you should lift one arm up in the air, and then the other. Keep on alternating until the workout is complete.
3 Walking Plank
If you've never tried this exercise before, then you can start on your hands and knees with your feet up in the air. Then you should move your hands to the right and then to the left. Every time that you place your body into a new position, you can do pushups. Once you get used to this exercise, then you can try it again without touching your knees to the ground. You'll touch your toes to the ground, instead.
4 Medicine Ball Pushup
You're either going to have to visit the gym or buy a medicine ball to do this exercise. Once you have one in front of you, you should put your hands on it and then get into pushup position. It'll help build muscle in your chest, which will make your breasts appear to be bigger than they've ever been before.
5 Y Raise Dumbells
Get onto an incline bench and hold two dumbbells in your hands. Then you should extend your arms upward and out to form a Y shape. Keep moving them from the original position into that position, and you're done!
6 Rear Lateral Raise
This exercise will help your shoulders, as well as your chest. You should start by sitting down on a bench with your head down. Then you should keep your arms on your sides, but move them up and down. That's the entire exercise!
7 Chest Dip
In order to do a chest dip, you need to find the correct equipment. Once you have your hands on a stable surface, you should use your arms to move your body up and down. Not only will this exercise strengthen your chest, but it will strengthen your arms and shoulders, as well.
You should be happy with your body just the way it is. However, if you can't help being self-conscious about your chest, these exercises should help you feel better about yourself. Which one of these exercises is your favorite to do?
