Itβs a big statement to make that this 5-minute workout is better than HIIT. If you are someone who likes to stay aware of all the hottest trends in health and lifestyle, but not necessarily partake in them all, then you will be well aware of the HIIT revolution that has taken place over the last few years. For a long time now, the trend of doing high intensity bouts of cardio exercise for short, sustained periods has been considered the absolute best way to put your body through a positive transformation, but the pretty hard core nature of HIIT isnβtβ something that appeals to everybody.
You might have tried HIIT before and not liked it, or you might have avoided it altogether up to this point, but the fact remains that we all need to find some sort of workout or exercise routine that works for us, and it just so happens that I have found a video that is perfect for people who are looking for something a little bit different to a basic regular routine but still gives great results.
