Alessandra Ambrosio has a pretty amazing workout routine to achieve incredible legs. The exercises are not so difficult and you can do them at home.

She is my favorite model by far. This yoga routine is ideal to do in the morning or when you get home after a long day of work. It will help you relax your muscles, open your chest and relieve tension.
