And all it takes is for you to take a step in the right direction by lacing up your kicks and working hard. You do not have to stick with the same exercise daily. 1. Running

If you have read some of my posts, you will know I am a runner and have been a runner for just as long as I can remember. In my professional life I am a trainer and I have helped countless non-runners become runners and transform their bodies. If you are up for bettering your health, strengthening your body and looking amazing, build up gradually to increasing your run. Then you will not just run for great results but also you may find yourself running for fun!

2. Hiking

Hiking is a great way to see the sights while getting your workout in. If you choose some rocky trails to conquer, you will also work your core and the results are incredible. Build yourself up to longer distances and enjoy the beauty and amazement of mother-nature!

3. Biking

Click in shoes or not, biking is a great workout! If you choose to bike for recreation or for competition, you can put your body to the test. And as you get stronger, pick up the pace and give it all you got. You are only as good as your last workout so don’t slack.

4. Tennis

As a child I went to tennis camp and it was the most exhausting and exciting sport. As a sport I still view tennis in the same way. It is like anything else, you get what you give. So if you want to see super results push yourself and give it all you got in a singles match. If you do this, you will finish your match both sweaty and satisfied!

Just be ready to put your best foot forward and work hard for a new challenge. Volleyball can work your total body and it is a lot of fun!

7. Basketball

Basketball is another ultra-challenging workout especially if you play a game at a local park court with other fit folks. Basketball is a total body workout that can surprise you in just how hard you work and you will have a blast in the process. So push yourself for a great workout while you have a blast with some new friends!
