2. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred
I bought this DVD after it was recommended by a family member and I'm so glad that I did. The first time that I tried 30 Day Shred, I wasn't sure if I was going to make it all of the way through the first level, but I did. This workout DVD is broken down into three levels, which are about 20 minutes each. Once you are comfortable with the first level, you can move on to the second and then the third. My favorite thing about this workout is that it's easy to follow.
