Talk to anyone who knows me, and they will tell you that I don’t like workout programs unless they’re fun workout programs. I’m sure that could be said about a majority of the world, though, but it’s really bad for me. Combine a lack of athleticism with my hate for working out, and it’s just not a good mix. Because of that, I’m constantly on the lookout for fun workout programs that don’t feel like a workout. If you’re like me, this list is definitely for you!

1. Zumba

I was a dancer for fifteen years, so dance has always been one of the best fun workout programs for me. During my years spent dancing, I participated in a handful of Zumba classes, and I can vouch for the fact that it is one of the best workout programs that don’t feel like a workout. It’s so much fun that you almost completely forget that you’re working out. It just feels like you’re dancing and having a good time, but when you’re done, you will definitely feel like you’ve worked out. It’s one of my go-to fun workout programs!
