1. Clean up Your Eating

Have you ever heard that lean abs are made in the kitchen and wondered what this meant? You can do countless abdominal exercises, but if you lack discipline in the kitchen, you are not going to achieve shredded abs. Lean abs are attributed primarily to having less body fat. This is why one of the best ways to shred your abs is to eat healthy.

2. Eliminate Processed Food

Anything packaged in a box should remain on the store shelves rather than in your home. Choose whole foods like lean meats, vegetables and fruit. Eat like a caveman to achieve shredded abs rather than eating for pleasure.

Water is essential for our digestive processes, organs and bodily functions. Drinking water also helps remove toxins from the body. So drink 8-12 glasses of water to help you achieve the sculpted abs you deserve!

I usually eat every 2 hours to stabilize my glucose level and keep my metabolism going strong.

Although it may be tough to cut out your bag of popcorn or pretzels at night, one look at the results of your abs will make it all well worth it. Cut out the late night snacking so you wake up leaner with the shredded, sculpted abs that you deserve. All sacrifices in life are worthwhile when you achieve great results, like rockin’ abs!

Great advice! I do all of this as well as abdominal workouts every day and I have 4 pack abs, working on 6!... Hahah..

Mini meals I like it !

I like the number 4 most of the times I eat clean but there is days that my stomach is as flat as usual Im gonna put this on practice thank you!

If you have to put salt on your food, put it on at the table instead of while cooking. If you put it on at the table the salt will be on top of the food and not mixed into the food so you will use less.

Thank you! I really needed this. I've never actually been exercising. Even if I did (once in a while) I'd only exercise for a day and forget & get lazy to the next days coming. Lol but I try to keep my meals clean! I feel fat all the time

The thing is you can waste your time trying to eat right but without the exercise your never going to lose the weight. I spent years going through so many different diets and eating habits. It wasn't until I started to exercise that I actually stuck to eating healthily. We lose patience with eating because we don't see the results but with regular exercise and healthy eating habits the weight is lost far more easily.
