Strengthen Your Core with the Wiggle Move ...
By Holly

If you want to get fit, then you need to add some core exercises into your routine. That way, you'll build a stronger body.

According to Health, the "Wiggle Move" is something that every woman should learn how to do. In order to pull it off, you should rest on your back with your legs in the air while your knees are spread wide like a diamond. Then you should bring your left elbow toward your left knee, and then your right elbow toward your right knee. It's pretty much a side crunch!

To see how it's done, watch this short video:

Can you do this move?
