Exercises to Strengthen and Tighten Your Vagina ...

By Holly

If you want to strengthen your vagina, or more accurately, your pubococcygeus muscle, then there are a few easy exercises you can do on the daily. The PC muscles are the muscles that contract during orgasm, which is why they're associated with strength in the vagina. If you want to enhance your body's abilities in order to have better sex, or to just feel better about yourself, here are a few exercises to strengthen your PC muscles:

1. Traditional Kegels

You can do Kegels in class, on a date, or during a job interview. It doesn't matter where you are or who you're with, because no one will be able to tell that you're completing the exercise. All you have to do is find the muscles that you use to stop urinating. Now you should squeeze them for a few seconds and release them for a few seconds. Do that again and again for about five minutes per day and you'll be on your way to a stronger vagina.

2. Pelvic Tilt

Rest on your back with your knees bent. Now rotate your pelvis and then lower yourself back down. That's all it takes to do a pelvic tilt. Not only will it strengthen your PC muscles, but it will also strengthen your glutes and your lower back. The benefits are endless, so you might as well give this exercise a try.

3. Squats

You've probably done squats a few times before. You're basically going to be standing up straight, with your feet shoulder-width apart, and then bending your knees like you're about to sit in a chair. In addition to strengthening your PC muscles, the exercise will enhance your core, improve your flexibility, and strengthen your lower body.

4. The Butterfly

This exercise requires you to sit on the floor with your feet together and your shoulders back. Drive your knees down into the floor and back up again. It will stretch your body, giving you stronger PC muscles and sexier legs.

Yoga has the power to connect your mind, body, and spirit, creating balance and harmony. To fully immerse yourself in the practice, you'll need a high-quality accessory; the best yoga mats suitable for your specific needs can enhance your yoga journey. 5. Benwa Balls

If you've read 50 Shades of Grey, you've probably heard of Benwa Balls. They're basically small balls that you're meant to place inside of your vagina. You can use them for sexual pleasure, but you can also use them to strengthen your PC muscles. You don't actually have to do anything once they're inside of you. You can just walk around with one of them for a half hour.

6. Lift Weights

This may be too intense for some women, but it's completely safe as long as you do it the right way. All you have to do is insert a vaginal weightlifting egg inside of your body. Then you're going to test yourself to see if you're able to pull the object up and if you can do squats while it's inside of you.

7. Masturbation

If you want to strengthen your PC muscles, the easiest way to do so is through sex or masturbation. The PC muscles are the muscles that contract when you orgasm, which is why they strengthen every single time that you climax.

You can work out your vagina, just like you can work out any other area of your body. Have you tried any of these exercises to strengthen your PC muscles?

Hmmm, I wonder what sporting goods store carries the vagina weight...

Ohyeah very interesting! ;-)

Ummm and how do you get the Benwa Balls out of your vagina afterwards!?!?!

Hilarious!@Wendy

Realy I tought having sex makes it more loose

@bindi it's actually the other way around. During arousal, foreplay and anything up to the climax the vagina is expanding. During orgasm and afterwards is when it contracts back to original size. It's to let the sperm have the largest ability to get into the vagina, and after orgasm it tightens and contracts to keep the sperm in there, giving it a higher chance to get to the egg.

Men like a Tight Vagina, after pregnancy, it dosnt feel the same, thats why men like younger women.
