Does the 6 mean 6 reps x2 or 6 sets of 10 x2?

I'm gonna have to try this!

Each side counts as 1rep?? So 4reps = 2x left, 2x right side?

4 of 2 sets of just 4 times

I don't get it, you only do it 4 times x2 ?

i tried and i failed............

If anybody tried tell me if the results were good please I wanna try it
