1. Play a Team Sport
Team sports are a great option for a workout on Sunday. Many people are off work so they have time for a game of basketball, tennis, volleyball or whatever you want to play. Team sports are a lot of fun. It’s a great way to get a workout in while also getting in some fun time with your friends. After the game, you can grab lunch or a smoothie together to finish off your day.
2. Go Biking
Biking is a fun workout for the end of the week. It’s a way to get your workout in while taking in some beautiful scenery in your area. Biking is an exercise that makes the stress of your life seem to disappear. You watch the miles sail by as you have some mental autopilot time. You can think about whatever you wish or just daydream.

The treadmill routine isn’t the most exciting of workouts but there’re advantages. You probably already have one at home so it’s convenient. Also, it’s a great time to catch up on all those shows you dvr through the week. You don’t even have to feel guilty about watching tv when you do something productive at the same time.
7. Hit the Gym
If you’re most comfortable working out in the gym then you don’t have to change that because it’s Sunday. It’s fine to stick to what works for you. In fact, going to the gym on Sunday can be a good choice. It may be less crowded since many people give themselves a day off on Sundays. You can experiment to see what time of the day is best to get your workout in with a lowest crowd.
