Last year brought the end of the Hunger Games saga, but that doesn't mean we're done watching it! Soon, Netflix and Redbox will be filled with Mockingjay Part 2 and you can binge on all four movies! But that's a long time sitting on the couch. Why not multitask and workout while you watch?

1 Three Finger Salute

Challenge: 6 Down Dog Pushups
Don't Katniss' arms look great when she gives a three finger salute? It must be all the archery practice! Don't worry, you don't need to whip out your bow and arrow to get your arms in shape, just do this move every time you see a three finger salute.

I shutter to think how many drinks Haymitch has each day! He probably has no idea that each ounce of scotch has about 80 calories. When he's drinking all day, he must really start to pile on the pounds. Why not burn the calories for him by doing a bit of cardio each time he takes a drink.

3 Someone Dies

Challenge: 8 goddess squats
Instead of crying when someone dies, do a couple goddess squats. These are similar to sumo squats, or wide legged squats, the only difference being that your hands are in prayer position— pretty appropriate considering someone has just died!

Challenge: 20 crunches
Admit it, you want to hate them, but you just end up loving them. The citizens of the Capitol are all so glamorous and beautiful, you can't help but adore them! Every time you feel that twinge of guilt because you wish you lived in the Capitol, do a few crunches.

5 Katniss Shoots an Arrow

Challenge: 30 second jumping jacks
Whether she misses or aims perfectly, you have to complete this challenge!

6 Kiss

Challenge: 20 bicycles
It doesn't matter who you're rooting for; every time you see a someone exercise their lips, you need to workout your abs!
