Before you workout, you should stretch your muscles. If you're not sure how, check out the video down below from Pop Sugar. If you're a beginner, then you should look at the woman to your left for the "normal" moves and if you're a fitness expert, you should look at the woman to your right to check out the advanced version.

You'll start on your back with some pilates scissors. Then you're going to move on to the advanced bridge, a downward dog and runner's lunge, and a few more moves that'll stretch your whole body!
