If you’re like me, you often find yourself having those days when you don’t feel like working out. When I find myself in one of these slumps, I turn to one of these workouts. I love them because I know I’m at least getting a little bit of exercise in without completely forgoing a workout that day! If you’re looking for a workout or exercise routine to keep you active on the days when you don’t feel like working out, these exercises will help get you right on track!

1. Dance

I don’t know if it’s just the former dancer in me, or if everyone loves to do this as much as I do, but dancing is my answer when I don’t want to work out. Whether it’s searching YouTube for dance tutorials or simply turning on your favorite Beyoncé song and having a dance party for one around your bedroom, dancing is the perfect exercise for the days when you don’t feel like working out.
