If you hate going to the gym, and aren't a fan of any sports, then it'll be hard for you to get fit. Fortunately, there are new types of exercises being created every single day. What's the newest one called? Skate dancing!

It's basically when you slip on a pair of skates and then dance around. It targets "the lower body, but tumbling is often added to challenge the upper body." That means that your entire body is going to get the workout it deserves!
