These exercises are all a lot of fun and if you push yourself, they can challenge you to help you get super fit and fab in no time. Okay, maybe it has been quite a few years since you last did some hula hooping but do not be discouraged; you can always jump back in. Yoga is a great exercise to do with friends because you can meditate together and help one another prevent an injury down the road. As much as you may want to chat through this 20-minute workout, save the talking for after the yoga session. Relax and get in the zone. As a lifelong runner, or at least a runner for as long as I can remember, I am amazed at how great I feel after a run. Running solo s great or you can team up with a friend.
