You should never push through the pain barrier when your body is telling you to stop or to take a break. You might have the psychological motivation to continue, but it is the physical body that is having to take the brunt of the work.

We’re all human, and we all get sick from time to time. Don’t try to push your body through an illness like it isn’t there. In the long run, this will prove detrimental. Instead, take some days off, rest up, and come back much stronger.
