Do you know that every activity that we do daily can help us burn calories? There are loads of things you didn't know burned calories! They might not burn a lot of calories compared to exercising, but at least we burn something right? I’m not an expert in this but there is no harm trying them. They might sound simple but believe me you might unconsciously burn some calories. And every calorie burned contributes to your goal.

1. STUDYING
Do you know that we need a lot of energy to help our brain to function? Is this one of the things you didn't know burned calories? In order to get energy, we need to burn calories. So, the more we use our brain, the more energy that is needed and the more calories that are burned. But one exception, please get rid of all the junk food while you are studying.
2. STAND up
Everyone hates it when they have to stand up for a long period of time. But, it does help us burn some calories. The good thing is, we don’t need to do anything. We just have to stand there.
3. HOLDING YOUR PURSE or BAG
If you carry a bag to school or work, put as much stuff inside as possible. The heavier it is, the more calories you will burn. Trust me, when you get used to it, you will be carrying your bag like tissue paper.
4. SING
Everyone loves singing. Doesn’t matter where you are. In the car, in the shower, in the kitchen or in the karaoke room. While we are having fun, we simultaneously burn calories.

5. CLEANING
