1. Life is Too Short
You've heard it a million times, but now is the time to wake up and think about what that phrase actually means. What would happen if you started being body confident, enjoying the clothes you wear, experimenting with your unique style, smiling when you look in the mirror?
Would it make you more confident at work, at life and in social situations too? Take a moment to think about the impact being body confident (or not), has on you.
2. No One is ‘perfect’ Anyway
Why do you feel negative about your body? Because you don't look like AIRBRUSHED and PHOTOSHOPPED images that are plastered across female magazines? I've found the answer: ditch the magazines.

Nicky:Yes 10 is awesome as well
Isabella:Be proud for who you are girls, we all have off days, okay days, and good days... I'm proud to be a petite and curvy girl! Sure i'm always going to have big legs, big hips, big boobs and all - but hey, guess what - i like me the way i am! ☺️
Olivia:This is exactly what I needed right now. I lost 45 lbs last year before my boyfriend and college started taking up more time and I stopped going to the gym. I gained some weight back and have been feeling really ugly. This helped me remember that I'm still me and I'm still pretty. Thank you so much!
