With interval training apps, your phone or tablet becomes your own personal fitness coach. Interval training is highly effective for burning calories, building muscle and increasing endurance. Since it varies your workout daily, you never get used to a single type of workout. Interval training apps are inexpensive and easy to use. They let you choose time limits, exclude certain activities and even track your progress.
