1. Bridge Pose
This pose will stretch your chest, which is healthy for your breasts. All you have to do is keep your knees bent in front of you, your arms straight beneath you, and lift up your stomach while arching your back. Just try to keep your head down during the duration of the pose. Hold it for as long as you can and then switch to a new pose for variety.
2. Cobra Pose
This pose will stretch your pectoral muscles, which will also expand your chest. Start by resting on your stomach. Then place your hands on either side of you and lift your upper body. You should make sure that your stomach and groin are off of the ground, but your legs remain against the floor.

3. Warrior Pose
This is a pose that causes your chest to open. The best part? Anybody can master it. Yogajournal.com gives you step-by-step instructions so that you can do your very best without making any beginner's mistakes.
4. Viparita Karani
You shouldn't even attempt this pose, unless you're an expert at yoga. However, if you're not very flexible and still want to give it a try, you should sit next to a wall. Allow your back to touch the floor and rest your legs, straight up, against the wall. It doesn't put you in exactly the right position, but it's a stepping stone to mastering the actual pose.
5. Triangle Pose
This pose will not only expand your chest, but your shoulders as well. Plus, it'll increase mobility in your hip joints and stretches your spinal muscles. There's nothing that it doesn't do.
6. Bow Pose
This pose will stretch your entire chest, but don't worry, because it looks more painful than it actually is. As long as you stretch beforehand, you shouldn't end up hurting yourself. You should also remember that you don't want to push your body past its limits. It's okay if you can't reach your feet today, because you can always try again tomorrow.
7. Shirsasana
This will pull your breasts into a downward position, which is healthy for them. However, this is another pose that you don't want to attempt, unless you're positive you can do it. If you don't have the best balance, then ask a friend to hold your legs in place so that you'll remain steady. After doing it with a partner a few times, you'll be ready to try it out on your own. Just make sure they're nearby to catch you if you fall.
If you've never tried yoga before, there's no better time to start than today. Strap on some comfortable workout clothes, lay down a mat, and get to stretching. If you've already done yoga in the past, what's your favorite pose of all time?
