3. 5 Minute Butt and Thigh Workout

You don't need any equipment for this fast workout! All you need is your motivation (and it can't hurt to do a mini stretch beforehand). The whole workout consists of different types of squats that work your body. You're going to start by doing ski squats, then do sumo squats, then pop squats, then a squat hold, then jump squats. Then you're all done!
