Iโ€™m going to confess something here. The longer I put my workout off, the less likely it is to get done. I try to get my workout in by noon at the absolute latest. If I donโ€™t then thereโ€™s a good chance itโ€™s not going to get done at all. Iโ€™m sure some of you can relate to this struggle, too!
