For those that wake up full of energy, I envy you. For the rest of us who aren’t morning people, a morning workout can change that. Workouts always energize me and you’ll probably find they do you, too. Don’t allow yourself to believe the lie that you don’t have time to exercise! When you make time for exercise then you’ll likely find you’re much more productive throughout the entire day.
