4. Walk Everywhere

I know that it seems obvious, but itโ€™s a surefire way to be more active! If you live somewhere where driving is a necessity, I understand walking may not be possible all the time. But, for places that might be close to your home, like the grocery store, try to walk there! Or, if itโ€™s too far to walk, you can try parking the car far from the location, so youโ€™d have a while to walk before you reach it!
