1. Bad Diet

You can do as much exercise as you want, but unless you pair that with a healthy, balanced diet, your body is going to find it hard to produce the kinds of results that you are hoping for. There is a saying that β€˜abs are made in the kitchen’, and there is definitely something to that. Give your body that fuel that it needs to produce food results by eating lots of protein-rich foods like yoghurt, bananas, chocolate milk, all of these are great post-workout recovery snacks. Eating healthy does not just mean eating less.
