Anybody know of any cute workout clothes that i can get on a budget? Thanks!

Thanks @theironbunny but I also have exercise induced asthma so its a bit hard trying to find what would be good for me and what is not whether I like the activities or not, I was in cheer and gymnastics and I loved that esp. gymnastics. I have my hubby and he loves to work out he just gets annoyed when I complain, I guess it all comes down to if I want it bad enough I'll work for it

Very nice article. Exercise is not only for beauty but also health. It is very good idea. Exercise betters blood circulation there by oxygen supply to each and every cell of our body there by improving of nutrients supply and cleansing of our body. Exercise stay away us to see doctor. Many benefits we get by making it as habit

@clarissa, every athlete or fit person started somewhere, nobody was born fit. You need to find something that you enjoy and you will want to do it all the time. Join a group class like dance, bootcamp etc, and just have fun!, don't worry about anything else.

Hard work yes just got to push through the pain if easy everyone would have a 6 pack

I wish I could be motivated to workout like these types of people but idk I feel like my body wants and needs it but my stubborn damn head has too many negative thoughts and worries about failure. That side is winning completely, I'm 5'6" about 160lbs I don't think I'm super huge, I'd just like to get through a month of working out without feeling disappointed
