It is always fun to make New Year’s Resolutions and start the year both motivated and inspired. And every year, across the world, 90% of resolutions are in some way focused on health. 1. Challenge Yourself
Up the intensity in your current routine and challenge yourself to something more difficult. If you are a short distance runner, think of registering for a marathon. If you normally just do light weight lifting for upper body, consider registering for an indoor rock climbing class. Challenge yourself to something greater and you will achieve amazing fitness results this year!
