1. The Lean Green Bean

The Lean Green Bean theleangreenbean.com
This is one of the best fitness blogs out there, and it doesn’t just have a cute, catchy title, ladies. Lindsay, author of The Lean Green Bean, is not only crazy fit, but also just got her license to be a Registered Dietitian. Lindsay most recently took up Crossfit this last year and she knows her fitness and nutrition stuff from A-Z! The Lean Green Bean blog is amazing if you haven’t been lucky enough to stumble across it yet. Lindsay not only has great workouts and fitness tips, but also fabulous recipes and even her own Sunday Food Prep feature, which lets bloggers show their Sunday Food Prep recipes and tips, and she gives her own tips as well. Lindsay also has a Foodie Pen Pal program where readers can sign up for a pen pal each month to receive special foodie gifts. Her Crossfit experience has also given her an edge on providing amazing workouts and tips, so be sure to check her out!

2. Purely Twins

Purely Twins purelytwins.com
Another one of my favorite fitness blogs is by The Purely Twins, Lori and Michelle. These ladies are seriously built and so petite at the same time so you don’t have to worry about bulking up like Superman. However, what you can get are some super, seriously sexy muscles through their new online workout program that just aired is June. They also have the most incredible, creative and delicious recipes I think I’ve ever seen in one place that are friendly to all allergen sensitive individuals and special diets. The twins are always exploring their health and paying strict attention to how their bodies react with certain foods. I love how in tune they are with their bodies, and still eat real food at the same time! I’m on board with that, along with getting their washboard abs! What about you?

Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up are being called the next biggest thing since Jane Fonda in terms of the “must-have” quality of their workouts and DVDs. The fitness blog is full of great, free exercises that you can obtain each and every week.
