The PC muscles are the muscles that contract during orgasm, which is why they're associated with strength in the vagina. If you want to enhance your body's abilities in order to have better sex, or to just feel better about yourself, here are a few exercises to strengthen your PC muscles:
1. Traditional Kegels
You can do Kegels in class, on a date, or during a job interview. It doesn't matter where you are or who you're with, because no one will be able to tell that you're completing the exercise. All you have to do is find the muscles that you use to stop urinating. Now you should squeeze them for a few seconds and release them for a few seconds. Do that again and again for about five minutes per day and you'll be on your way to a stronger vagina.
