5 Moves and 5 Minutes to a Total Body Workout ...

You don't have to spend an hour exercising in order to give your entire body a workout. Down below, there's a video from Pop Sugar that'll show you how to do five different workout moves that'll target different areas of your body. The best part? You only have to do a move for 50 seconds! The extra ten seconds will give you time to rest.

Basically, you're going to do cardio, then squat punches, toe tap crunches, sumo jump squats, and split lunge jumps. To see the moves in action, press "play:"
