As much as I hate the push for new moms to "lose their baby weight", I have to say this post isn't too bad. The last tip is a bit much IMO and I want to remind any new mlms reading this that you actually need those excees fat stores postpartum to combat the consequences of interrupted sleep and a complete lack of time for yourself, especially if you're breastfeeding. There is nothing wrong with pursuing a healthy lifestyle but, use common sense and don't let the media or anyone else body shame you.
