5. Neck Stretches

These neck stretches should firm your neck and face.

All you have to do is jut out your chin while smiling in order to feel a constriction in your neck.

You can also "kiss the ceiling" by lifting your chin up as much as you can and puckering up your lips.

Then you can try "the baby bird," where you'll place the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth while smiling and swallowing.
