Work out While Watching These Motivational YouTube Channels ...

Teresa

I’m going to be honest right now. I’ve never enjoyed working out. It has just never really been my thing. I will exercise, but to me, it’s worse than pulling teeth. I hate it. I hate going to the gym and feeling judged, and I like to work out at my own pace. When I discovered fitness YouTube videos, my life changed forever. I could pick and choose the workouts that I wanted to do, I could do them at my own pace, I didn’t have to pay to watch them, and I loved what I was doing. These days, working out isn’t a chore for me. I look forward to it, and it’s thanks to these videos!

Club Fitz

Let me be honest here. I have tried every workout under the sun, but I’ve never been able to stick it out with any workout for more than a few weeks. After finding Lauren and Kelsi’s videos, I look forward to working out because it doesn’t feel like a workout. Since finding their videos, I haven’t even taken a day off because I love doing their choreography that much.

This YouTube channel features some of the biggest trainers teaching a variety of different classes. Each video is at least 10 minutes long, which means that you can get a quick workout or something longer if you have the time. It’s very customizable to what you want to do and what you want to target!

Dance Fitness with Jessica

Few “dance fitness” instructors provide as much variety as Jessica does. If you’re not a fan of hip-hop music but love country, you’ll be surprised by the variety you have when it comes to picking songs you like. I always feel like it’s much easier to get a workout in when you don’t hate the music you’re working out to!
