These exercises will only work if you already have a very slim waist and are looking to tone. If you have a considerable amount of belly fat then these exercises are useless. Cardio and diet is your focus then. Article is misleading.

Just put a bikini on, and your ready! You don't need to prepare for something as stupid as this. This is a very dumb article
