To work your total body, do not forget your core. Your core strength is important for injury prevention, looking and feeling great. So get your body in a straight line and tighten your abs. Speed walk 30 minutes in place, on a treadmill or outdoors to get your cardio in. During a perfect day of fitness, a walk after dinner will help aid in the digestion process. This will help you to burn calories, get in shape and reflect on your day.
