Lots of people tend to skip high-intensity interval training because they donโ€™t like the aches and pains associated with it, but just like the heavy lifting, the larger output in a shorter time is much more beneficial for your body. The phrase, "feel the burn" is appropriate here! If exercise isnโ€™t challenging you, then it isnโ€™t really helping!
