7. Chest Dip
In order to do a chest dip, you need to find the correct equipment.
Once you have your hands on a stable surface, you should use your arms to move your body up and down.
Not only will this exercise strengthen your chest, but it will strengthen your arms and shoulders, as well.
You should be happy with your body just the way it is.
However, if you can't help being self-conscious about your chest, these exercises should help you feel better about yourself.
